Description of Services:
Point B applies its leadership skills to a variety of project types, including merger and acquisition integration, business process design, project turnarounds, software selection, customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), clinical information systems (CIS), and dozens of others. The firm believes that any important initiative can be completed faster and more cost effectively by investing in professional project leadership.

Generally, the firm serves in a consultative role, but we are also frequently asked to fill an interim leadership position and help hire a replacement. In addition, the firm offers assistance to our clients in the areas of recruiting, business and technical analysis, and business case development.
